Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Travel ERP (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Travel ERP is an accounting and mid-office platform for travel businesses. We provide it on a subscription basis subject to a separately executed Order Form or Subscription Agreement specifying tier, term, and price.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account
• You must enable MFA where required by your role
• You must immediately notify us of any suspected breach
• You may not share accounts; one human per user record

4. Your data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate in the Service
• We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service, per our privacy policy
• You may export your data at any time via the API or SQL export
• On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for retrieval, then deleted (subject to legal retention)

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive source code of the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malware, child sexual abuse material, or content infringing third-party rights

6. Fees

Fees are specified in the Order Form. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled per the Order Form. We reserve the right to change pricing for renewal terms with 60 days' written notice.

7. Service levels

Service-level commitments, if any, are set out in the Order Form or a separate SLA. The Service is otherwise provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

• You may terminate at the end of any subscription term per the Order Form
• We may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice and opportunity to cure
• We may suspend immediately for security incidents, non-payment, or violations of section 5

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it applies to its own confidential information, and no less than a reasonable standard of care.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability for: fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of confidentiality, indemnity obligations, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of section 5. We will indemnify you for third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us, infringes their intellectual property rights, subject to standard carve-outs.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts of [Your Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Changes

Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and the account UI. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
